Barbara Pandev (1982) is an experienced sectoral adviser with a history of working in the field of education, international collaboration and research. After her studies at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Engineering of the University of Ljubljana and the Faculty of Management of the University of Primorska, she is completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree focused in Economy and Finance. Experienced in intercultural communication, event planning, and with analytical skills in data analysis her focus is strategic planning. In the last few years she has been assisting in monitoring and financial planning of national and international activities of the projects under different programs: H2020, Cross-Border Cooperation Slovenia – Italy 2007–2013 and 2014-2020, OP IPA Slovenia – Croatia 2007–2013, EEA and Norway Grants, IPA Adriatic, ESPR and ESRR 2017, ERA-NET and at numerous tenders procured by the European Commission.
