Project TBrainBoost: Enhance the compatibility of professions and increase the employability of talents in the research and innovation sectors
In September, the Scientific Research Center (ZRS) Koper commenced the implementation of a new project titled ‘ERA TALENTS FOR BOOSTING AND BALANCING BRAIN CIRCULATION – TBRAINBOOST’ (Project No. 101120150), led by Uroš Marušič from the Institute for Kinesiology Research at ZRS Koper.
The project, valued at EUR 1,932,872.50, is funded through the HORIZON-WIDERA-2022-TALENTS-03 call and is scheduled to run from September 1, 2023, to August 31, 2027. Its primary objective is to enhance the compatibility of professions and increase the employability of talents in the research and innovation sectors across various fields, with a particular emphasis on broader regions. The project’s overarching goal is to boost the employability and career prospects of a diverse pool of talents encompassing academia, industry, and other sectors. TBrainBoost actively promotes international and intersectoral mobility and strives to foster stronger connections between academia, business, and society within the realm of healthy aging.
The project consortium is composed of the following partners: ZRS Koper, the leading partner, University of Muenster (Germany), Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), Alma Mater Europaea – ECM (Slovenia), University of Konstanz (Germany), BrinTrip (Malta), Subsequent (Germany), TMG-BMC (Slovenia), and the Willibald Gebhardt Institute (Germany).
