A monograph “Migrant Children’s Integration and Education in Europe: Approaches, Methodologies and Policies” of collaborators IZDŠ ZRS Koper has been published
Science and Research Centre (ZRS) Koper informs that the Spanish publishing house Octaedro has published a new monograph entitled Migrant Children’s Integration and Education in Europe: Approaches, Methodologies and Policies, in which both as editors participated dr. Mateja Sedmak and dr. Barbara Gornik, associate of the Institute for Social Studies (IZDŠ) ZRS Koper.
Some partners with whom we cooperate in the international project Micreate2020 (HORIZON 2020. SC6-CHANGING WORLD. Europe in a changing world – Inclusive, innovative and reflective societies) also contributed.
The monograph concludes with a contribution by our colleague dr. Blaž Lenarčič and young researchers asist. Lucija Dežan (both IZDŠ ZRS Koper), who showed with examples of good practices how information and communication technology (especially mobile applications) can contribute to the successful two-way integration of young immigrants in the European Union.
